Wasonic United Ltd. (WUL), leveraging on the 2.4GHz wireless platform built by Dawson China Trading Ltd. which was founded on January, 2001, develops, manufactures and markets a full range of 2.4GHz wireless applications and solutions specially designed for mobile sound boxes, portable speakers, and professional audio (PA) equipments. In order to stay ahead of competition, the company has begun to develop a wireless audio strategy as early as July, 2002 to add consumer-oriented features to portable audio devices and surround speaker systems. WUL was formed in September, 2003 to focus on product designs and development of 2.4GHz wireless audio applications and solutions for home entertainment products. The new operation has greatly improved and enhanced the wireless audio systems to deliver low audio distortion, interference-free audio reception, enhancing their audio experiences anywhere both indoor and outdoor without the hassles of running wires from audio sources to the designated listening areas.

WUL has various wireless solutions for point-to-point and point-to-multi point audio requirements. WUL's product line has already extended to portable speaker series, decorative series, and installation series. Beside products, WUL also provide services in designing and developing intelligent audio distribution system for commercial applications, such as hotels, schools, churches, shopping malls, conventions centers, theme parks, and etc.
